I have an account in canara bank, abids, hyd from past 25 years. i have applied for a loan from an agency and  I wanted a solvency certificate . I  had requested to the manager for the solvency certificate multiple times. I even gave him a copy of the solvency certificate which was given by the loan agency from canara bank, jharkhand. I requested him multiple times but he keeps telling me that he won’t give the solvency certificate. At last he said that it is not in his power to do so. Also he doesn’t speak properly with me he keeps talking in a rude manner and always walks away in middle of a conversation. What is the point of maintaining an account for so long with a bank if i can’t even get a simple certificate. Please i request you to look into my request for issuance of solvency certificate as it is needed for my loan approval.
