I got into an agreement for holiday membership with elite group of loyalty services on 24 Des 2018 of amount rs. 1, 05, 000 for 5 years. They have provided me a holiday gift voucher for 5 days of validity 5 year as a joining gift.in dec 2018, i have decided to use that voucher for DUBAI holiday and placed request to book rooms for the holiday trip to their customer care team by mail. Till now i have not received any proper revert from them for selection of hotels and providing itinerary information regarding the trip. I have been following up with them through mails and phone calls but nothing seemed to be helpful. I have not even used any holiday as per the agreement, simply i wanted to use the holiday gift voucher. This is the kind of treatment shown towards their customers. My hard earned money feels to be lost. This company is cheating me and not providing any of the promised services. I have no trust in this company and i cannot invest my time and energy for months on and on like this to get a holiday each and every time. I want a full refund of the money which i paid during the agreement and sufficient compensation for the very much inconvenience i faced and suffered for all this time.
