i had bought a apple macbook pro 15 inch retina from croma outlet kothrud pune ,they provided me a insurance for the device from the company named gizmohelp(98762-98763).

as my device got damaged i claimed for insurance in which i completed all the process as required and as it said i had to pay the repair cost (rs 87 thousand) and i would receive the re-embarrassment from their side with in next 21 working days as per the terms and conditions all this things had been confirmed on the customer helpline by the insurance company and now its been more than 50 working days i havent received any re-embarrassment i have been giving calls to the company for the same and they have been giving just silly reasons and extending the dates i even contacted the head of the insurance for the same he provided me his own contact number (9654444500) to send my details to have a look at it and asked for ore three days till wednesday 31st of may and now again when i havent recivied any update i gave a call where still it all seems they havent progressed about the claim yet. ( i have all the messages and mails sent and received by the company reguarding the claim )
