Stayzilla — Money deducted from bank but no confirmation screen app

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
I was booking for book for date 11th and 12 dec for om lake resort, goa through hdfc netbanking. Bank details.
Money has been deducted twice for online booking charge and room charge. Ie 403.34 rs and 839.00 rs but webpage was redirecting to company site may be for giving confirmation of book. But webpage was hung status.
Can you please refund my total amount money 1242.34 rs as soon as possible.
