BOI issued Maine a brand new RUPAY charge account credit. cash gets subtracted whereas transacting on-line however if a number of your orders get off, teh quantity doesnt get refunded back through this RUPAY card till a Reversal claim is filed for every dealing. 

I had to speak to the Bombay head workplace to urge my previous issue resolved whereby all refunds were stuck somewhere and were attributable once five months of my continuous complaints.

This has ne’er happened with Mastercard/Visa cards issued by BOI.

Please fix this issue in RUPAY cards.
