Recently i applied for a personal loan with money tap… For which i have submitted all the docs and got approval for 53, 000/- (Previously they told 3 lac will be the sanction amount). And they have issued a moneytap rbl card and asked me to use the card for transferring the loan amount to my bank. I did, later without my knowledge they have taken 25500/- and 25500/- from my card on 19th december 2018. Now am getting a due payment msg from rbl bank. Kindly clarify this otherwise it will badly hit on cibil for which you people face the consequences.
