Hi Respected sir/madam
I am writing to inform you that i have network & incoming calls & incoming messages issue since may 2018. I have swapped the sim card three times from my nearest airtel store. But the issue is same i have escalated issue from past six months. I have complained many times to customer service but no response has been received so i had to bear the loss of of 3500 to change the number on important documents. So i request you to take a look on priority basis as i am your customer for three years. Please waive off the amount in bill and restart my number.
