I am a very frustrated consumer being cheated by bajaj finance . i had taken a personal loan from Bajaj finance in june 2015 for 5 Lakhs . Loan Account no: 53181863707 at NIL foreclosure charges. Now when i have approached them to foreclose my loan they say they have put 4.6 % foreclosure charges . when i asked that we had agreed for 0% they say its company’s decision. I have also called them again and again and also sent an email to wecare@bajajfinance.com but no reply. this company is attracting customers with false promises and then cheating them . yesterday i had called them again and they gave me a SR number SRN05374781 and said they would call back but no response. the problem is that i already have a cheque with me to foreclose this loan but these ppl are charging the foreclosure charges . the due date is 2nd of this month where in the amount gets debited from my account. i request the authorities to take very quick action against this so that i can foreclose the loan as early as possible to avoid the amount being debited from my account.I request the authorities to take strict action so that i would get a 0 Foreclosure charges letter so that i could foreclose my loan.
