this is to bring to your notice that my two wheeler insurance was expiring on 25th march mignight, i renewed my policy on line with bharit axa on 24th afternoon and till now i have not received my policy document, coz of which i was fined by the rto a fine of rs.1000/-, today when i got in touch with them again they are telling in nonsense stories.. i want to know who will bear this, as a customer i did my job then why is that the customer has to bear the pain..
