Sir we recived a loan of 2 wheeler.at the time loan apporval said to me u all emi pays on time .u get 2 emi discount on 24 month install ment.after 1 yrs company get me offer of loan 146000/- and said u pay 10 emi on time u get extra loan and reduce interest rate.now i m fulfill paid my 2 wheeler loan did not get my discount and not gave also my noc.and now i m paid 11 emi of my personal loan not get reduce interest rate or not gave any extra loan .many times i m sended complaint to company but not gave any response.plz get advice what can i do.
