I had Booked a honeymoon package with The Puthedan Holidays. The Package cost was Rs 50000.00 which included a indigo vehicle(sedan) and hotel accomodation( breakfast and dinner also) at different places. When we arrived in Kerela at night, they changed our car from Sedan to an Indica. Further when we arrived Munnar, they changed our hotel from a 4 star to a no star hotel. When we complained, they made us wait for about 4-5 hours. The hotel was changed from Camellia and Elettaria to Hotel Spice country. Also We had a honey moon special cottage booked, but was provided a normal room. On top of that the Tour operator, The Puthedan Holidays asked us to make payment of Rs 10000.00 to the hotel which they would reimburse within two days. But even after expiry of 3 months, they are not Paying me the money. The Contact Person was Mr Muguthan (Ph No- 9739700300) of Puthedan Holidays. Also I was assured by Mr Binu ( Ph No- 9739600400) of Puthedan Holidays that my money will be reimbursed. But no communication from Puthedan Holidays. Also they have stopped picking my calls. Further they have to provide me compensation for changing my vehicle from sedan to non sedan, changing hotel, Interest on my money, mental harassment, spoiling my honeymoon. Kindly repay me my money with interest. The Puthedan Holidays are the biggest cheat.
