When i enrolled, i have been promised that asf charges are applicable every year, however these fees should be paid only when we avail the holidays for the year. Hence, i have accumulated 3 years holidays and i have also accumulated asf for these 3 yrs. Now, when i tried to pay 1st yr’s asf, so that i can avail 1st yrs holidays. Now i have been requested to pay all 3 years asf. This is nowhere communicated to me. This is frustrating. As a customer, we will pay the asf whenever the holidays are consumed. Without holidays utilization, why should we pay these asf. This is cheating really… We have anyway paid the membership fees, this is not fair to get money from customers.
