It was the worst experience attending the event at vadodara. Mr. Gagan’s approach was on very rude & negative side. Let customer knows the offer and make the decision.- if my answer was yes he would tell the offer or else no. He got very arrogant during his conversation.
Please raise my concern to all your higher authority & provide the feedback on action taken.
