Hello

I applied for rbl bank metal delight Mastercard through credit Mantri portal. 

I was told that the cardboard would be lifetime free. I confirmed the which means and was told that albeit i pay zero rupees on the cardboard it might be free. 

Hence i united to proceed forward with the appliance. 

I have received the cardboard currently. once I referred to as the bank client care to visualize regarding annual fees, then they told that card is an initial year free and next year it might be guilty, however, the fee will be reversed once the certain quantity is spent on that annually. 

This is altogether deceiving the client and case of false merchandising. 

Please resolve shortly.
