As per the new T.R.A.I. guidelines has requested Dish TV to implement a new plan on my connection which was about Rs. 315.

Ignoring my request they have implemented a plan of Rs.758 without my consent.

Since 04/02 they have kept all their customer care number busy such that no one can get connected. They have programmed their site such that otp mentioned every time comes wrong.

My VC no. is 02511573128 – the parent connection where they have implemented the Rs. 728 plan.

As far as my child connection goes – VC 01513346403 – they have blocked all the channels for this connection. And as mentioned – their site does not allow anyone to log in and select the plan.
