Drivezy — vehicle breakdown and unresponsive staff

I had booked a 2 wheeler from Drivezy on Oct 14(Sunday), 2018 for a trip that could have lasted for around 12 hours. The vehicle stopped starting at around 8 pm when i had another 2 hours of booking left. I had an entire schedule planned. It was a Sunday raining night in Bangalore and I got stuck in the middle of the road. Both station manager and customer care refused to give me an acceptable solution which was arrangement of an alternate vehicle. Not only that, the customer care executives wanted “authority” from my co-rider to speak and were very rude to her. We have had hundreds of issues till date but no customer service executive has ever spoken in a way these people did. They had the audacity to disconnect calls based on assumptions of me absuing them. All this happened after over 2 hours of arguing on the phone. They gave me an unnaceptable solution to which i had to anyway act, making all of this already a very horrible experience. This wasn’t the end. Even after two way communication, my trip hadnt been ended and I was continuously receiving messages about trip extension. I had to go back to the station at 1 am and get this matter resolved. It was around 3 am when all of this got over. Still no response about a discussed refund/reimbursement.
