I had Booked Tamilnadu trip package with The Puthedan Holidays between 3-10 December 2016. The Package cost was Rs 60000.00 for 7 days

When we arrived in Manglore , they changed our car to poor quality and driver demand extra money at each point and give wrong information about tourist. on day 3 of the tour driver run away with Vehicle from Hotel and we need to arrange different vehicle from our money.

the Tour operator from The Puthedan Holidays are very un-cooperative ( 24 hour support phone number Sebin 9620024100 and 9739400200) told us that they would reimburse money of taxi within two days. But even after expiry of 1 months, they are not Paying me the money. We have send email [ reservations@theputhedan.com ; mugunthan.t@theputhedan.com ;sebin.mathew@theputhedan.com AND online complaints ]many time to booking office but no reply received.Further they have to provide me compensation for poor quality hotel, Interest on my money for booking taxi when taxi person from Puthedan Holidays run away , mental harassment, spoiling my travel plan. Kindly repay me my money with interest.
