I purchased Aquaguard on 07.09.2018 for 10,600 but I got a bill of 9690/- only, I got white box packaging as soon as it got problem they again replaced with brown box machine. on top of that it has been troubling me every month for one or the other reason(like changed 3 filters etc.,) and after a month they replaced another parts of the machine even after that the machine has given me lot of trouble The service is very poor I had again problem, on that month service person(Mr. Vijay Kumar) changed the water filter cartridge and collected Rs.400/- and not given any receipt. After 15 days the machine got stopped working and the service person (Mr. Shailaj) said “need to replace filters” and we need to have another supporting motor which cost 1800/-. For every time I have to follow up to customer care again it worked good for 5 days again I called customer care because of water completely stopped filling I have to call again and again to the dealer and customer care dealer says contact customer care and customer care is least bothered I really not expected this type of service from a brand like Aquaguard I’m really disappointed. How come while making payment to Mr. Gaviraj group leader, He and his technician inspected for the first time they said every thing is fine and recommended to buy particular machine. Why did not he informed that time they need additional motors in support. but now they are adding new devices for supporting it How come every month replacing parts by parts. When we spoke to Gaviraj regarding the problem. He said we need to pay Rs.2300/- he is going to replace another machine. It clearly shows that they give duplicate product and gradually squeezing money from the innocent customer…
