Hi, i got my equity credit line approved by hdfc loans. The bank includes a subvention holdup emaar and thence i made a decision to travel ahead with hdfc loan related to emaar.

However, the bank government didn’t complete any document formalities needed thereby resulting in delayed payments to the builder.

It is a revenant follow and because of their negligence and delay in loan disbursement, the builder has levied a penalty of over thirty, 000.

I have been writing to hdfc criticism however not receiving any support.
