but as per my records and documents the private loans and mastercard payment are cleared and still there’s showing my name is defaulter’s list

Now i would like to kind it out my downside, please recommend American state the method however will solve this issue, or i whr i will contact to understand regarding details of my cibil reports reg bank whos payment is showing due.
