I requested them to refund my money as i am facing some financial issue but they kept on denying that they will not refund the money. The customer services representatives were not able to give any solutions. I called up Swati R. the manager even she denied giving my refund. I sent a mail asking about the dates i can travel thinking that i wont get my money back but however i havent received any reponse yet. Later i read many reviews stating that this company is fraud and came to a conclusion that i want to resign from the membership with Likizo and want my amount to refunded asap.
