I paid the amount for booking, very next day i want to cancelled it, but they said we don’t refund the money.

After many followup’s there is no reply from them. Shame on entire staff at their phonix market city kurla. I talk to their customer care they said mail us taht i want to close my account & refund of money, but one of the executive from kurla phonix market city mall meet me at bhandup station & assure me that dont’s cancelled the account & he will help me to get back my money. After that no call no phone pickups nothing. Very sad for such compay. Chor company.
