Magic Holidays not refunding my membership & ecs that debited once cancellation of membership

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
After cancellation of membership from magic holidays they’re not returning my membership fee & ECS that debited once cancellation.
Whenever we tend to making an attempt to Magic Holidays team members, they not responding.
Till date nobody responding, only 1 time they replied on mail for refund standing once than no revert on mail or decision.
Magic holidays native agent {are additionally|also are|are} same they also not picked up decision.
Below detail is native agent United Nations agency set in Ahmadabad.
