I wanted reservation for goa. For which i have mailed them on 24th dec for reservation on march 20, 21 and 22 for 2 rooms. Now they are saying we can give you only one room. My plan with them is expiring on 31st march. Even the you have said while joining if don’t take reservation within 5 years we will increase the tenure. Neither they are increasing the tenure nor they are giving reservation.

Even in november i asked for reservation in their property in maharashtra for christmas week for 3 days that time they it is all booked. They i was told i will get days of reservation. Till date i have used only 10 days of reservation. They said your 9 days of reservation is lost as u didnt take it in first 2 years. Sales people it seems say any thing to get the customer but when it comes to delivery company backs off. Where should customer like us go to teach these cheat company who take money and behave like a king and we as a slave.
