I booked a ticket for jaipur to banswara online on paytm payed rs500…. Bus timing was 5:30 pm…. I reached on time… I went to office and asked one of the employees that which bus is for banswara and he told me of the bus standing outside of the office…. I got in the bus…. After going 2-3 km i recieved a call from travel agency asking me where i am… I said im in the bus.. That person said u r in the wrong bus… And he cut the call… I called him back but number was switch off… I soon got off the bus and started running back.. I took lift from a man reached office of travel agency.. But till then bus had left…. I asked them to stop the bus wherever it is i will hire an auto and will get there but they didn’t… And i was now helpless and was compelled to take ticket in another bus of same travels paying rs300 more…
