Netplus Broadband — internet not working recurrent for one week

The services provider is not providing services as they promise. My i tetnet connection is recurrently disconnected for one week multiple times and they charged me even though internet id not working. I have tried their customer care number multiple times and logged my complaint multiple times but it is just waste of time. Nobody is visited or contacted me regarding my complaint from past 5 days. Even they assured me each time when i called them that the technician will vist but nobody came. And now they are not even picking up my calls. Please help me out isr
