I visited Goa on twentieth could 2018 with my family. a man Pine Tree Statet me with a scratch card of nirmiti resorts and club holidays. He invited Pine Tree State to some country resort. we have a tendency to went there. A sales guy named sharda kumar and parag navre attended America. He showed America edifice details and explained three year packages as well as varied facilities to customers. I even have taken membership price rs 45000/-.

When we came to home, i known as to nirmiti resort head workplace to cross verify for membership package details. They said, nirmiti resorts don’t seem to be providing such facilities to client. that point i notice that nirmiti resorts sales persons had fooled to America. I started language with their team (Reservation team and call center team) and commenced marking mails to them.

On twenty eighth could 2018 man gaurav bhalla (Operation head) replied on mail stating “we can investigate an equivalent and reply to you accordingly”

From twenty eight could 2018 onward i sent several mails to them (Mr gaurav and team) to update the standing of question but no one is interested to reply on my mail.

On 02nd Gregorian calendar month 2018 man gaurav replied with apology mail and provide Pine Tree State new edges with same packages.

However i used to be not interested to just accept this provide. i’m difficult to refund my entire cash on pressing basis.

On tenth August 2018 man. Gaurav is replied that, we are going to initiate your refund shortly.

On ordinal Oct 2018 time 01.20 pm man gaurav is replied on my mail as below…..

Further to our many conversations and email exchanges on subject of refund quantity towards membership purchase of nirmiti resorts & clubs by you, we have a tendency to herewith make sure that

we have a tendency to conform to pay entire quantity of rs. 45000.
Total quantity are paid in a pair of equated deffered payments @rs 22500/within this month itself on 07th October and seventeenth October 2018.

Please acknowledge receipt of this email and send your bank details and your communicating address thus ordinal payment pdc can even be denote.

On twenty third Oct 2018 i known as ashley (Customer service unit) and soliciting for refund standing, ashley says “i had mentioned to samir (Head workplace account department), they’ll refund your cash in next month (Sep-18)”
