I bought the membership on 05/08/2017 and continue to pay my EMI’s regularly

My first interaction with Reservations team was on 19th April 2018 to redeem my gift coupon which i did after so many failed attempts to reach-out to your sales person of Thane branch Mr. Sachin and when i personally visited and found that the branch located inside of United 24 hotel in Thane closed.

Next day on 20th I made follow up when i haven’t received any response from your end

I waited for next 5 days and made one more follow up on 25th for a response and also mentioned i will hold your EMI’s in case of there is no response

Finally i got a response on 25th May 2018 saying “We would like to inform you that due to High peak season we are unable to process your reservation booking request for the month of May & June 2018.We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.”

As per the response i can book from June on wards i made my reservation request on the same day 25th May 2018 for July 15th to 17th dates

Reservation team responded on 28th May 2018 asking details for reservations

I immediately responded on the same day which is 28th May 2018,

Then i got a response as ” Please be informed that the booking window will resume after 15th July’18 as we would be upgrading our system from 01-Jun-18 to 15-Jul-18 due to which we won’t be able to take any reservation request during this period. Once again we would like to thank you for keeping your patience and helping us. We are trying our level best to get our systems in place before the said date

as all our members are valuable for us.
