the oriental insurance company, The raksha tpa and the national trust are cheat me. they all are cheater. i have taken niramaya health policy from the national trust on 12th january 2016. they did not provided me policy in time where i have paid premium in time and all the documents submited against them within time. betwen this period i had to take medical treatment for my daughter. The national trust said from our side your claim passed but raksha tpa not doing his duty. i contact to raksha tpa in this matter but they said from our side your claim is passed but oriental Insurance company does not transfer. these three unit around me via via and harass me by mentaly and physical from 1.5 years. The three unit is cheater unit. my issue is pending from 12.01.2016 to till today. nobody give me proper reply and information. i have lodged complaint at national consumer protect but no good response. i hope that you help me in this regard. my compansation is 5,00,000.00
