This is Complaint is regarding to the Health Insurance Claim NO :- 556221718305733 with Oreintal Insurance Company under Raksha TPA, We have lodge a Claim on 09th November 2017 and submitted all the documents received from the Hospital on the said date, On 06th December we have recieved query and against that query we have submitted the document once again , again on 29th December they had requested for the same document which are already submitted then i had shared the receipt of the documents to them, on 08th Jan they had again requested some document which are not listed in there check list neither they had asked in first query. i had followed up with hospital but they are not able to furnish the same , then Raksha TPA reprsentative Mr. Gaurav had visited several time to City hospital and collected the balance documents which are available with them , I am constantly following up with Raksha TPA & Oriental Insurance over the emails and calls but they are not providing any positive response and neither reverting in email with the status.
