Policy Bazaar issued AN invalid policy and so charging for cancellation

I bought a replacement Bharat automobile insurance policy from their web site and by mistake place twenty fifth as ncb. I got AN message that if ncb isn’t correct then your insurance underwriter might decline claim. I forthwith raised a modification request as per their directions this was in Gregorian calendar month seven before my recent policy was obtaining invalid. Since then solely update i purchase from their is date. 1st 16-jan, then 26-jan then 21-jan. meantime my policy has invalid and after I tried to cancel recent one and purchase a replacement one policybazaar insists on cancellation fee as per them invalid policy issued by themww is active!!! Isnt his ridiculous? Please facilitate.

In reference of my term insurance application no 72778555 . Refund has been processed on dated Bt till date I didn’t receive it. I tried to contact Bt no reponse.
So I request you to complete the refund process in reference of said application and thank you
