I was trying to transfer amount from RBL’s Money Tap application to my bank account. But transaction was aborted & amount was not dispersed into my account. But EMIs were calculated & applied. I tried to call to customer care but there is no particular customer care number for money tap. When i called RBL’s customer care they refused to register my complaint & told me that this in not the concerned department for the money tap. Only a mail ID was provided to tell them the concern. I mailed on the same many times but no revert from there side.
