Before issue of my card ending 7530 i was being told that is absolutely free for one year but after the issue of card i was charged for life insurace and membership charges. As i never asked for any insurance and i was not told about any membership charges before so this is wrong practice by RBl.
As i had not even generated any pin even so you are kindly requested to cancel my charges of Rs12000.00 as early as possible
