I had booked holiday package for my family but now the company is changing it’s policy and asking us for more money in advance. So i went through their website and read the refund policy which clearly states that we will get a refund of 92% and 8% will be deducted, so i called the manager of the company and asked him to cancel my booking and send me the refunds, but he says that it is not possible.
