I visited RTO workplace noida against my application and consummated all the necessities however I actually have been denied to

Issue a license owing to resident of different district. I provided rent agreement as native address and aadhar card as permanent address.

Respected officers sitting in area no eighteen denied to simply accept my application.

Please take notice of my grievance.
