We have had one of the worst and the most horrifying experience with this indias biggest company, which i guess almost all the people booking with SOTC has, they never answer the calls, at time of booking the holiday they run behind you for the payment and later they never give visa or any service on time, no phone calls, even the day before the travelling the visa were not been provided, it was provided 6 hours before the travelling time, and one of the most unethical and uncultured ######## have been recruited in this company, i wouldn’t recommend anyone to go for SOTC or rather any of the travel operators, book everything online yourself you will never regret because of such ######## and uncultured ###### who are not even trained by such big companies to pick up calls and answer. They are least bothered about everything.
