I am enquired tour package booking and this company has contacted me and given me competitive package and basis on their package i am trusted them and paid advance of rs. 17500, and after that company has stopped picking my calls and emails, i have now found some of the more peoples complaints against them, it proves that this is fraud company and operating very easily without having any fear about law and order,

I am surprise that in this century also people can cheat and we cant do anything to them,

Need help to take legal action against them, i have all email confirmation and communication on emails, i can able to share if require
