Swiggy – Food delivery denied

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
My email address is krishnaeee2393@gmail.com, I’ve placed the order in Swiggy app but it the app has considered some other delivery location 4 kms long and delivery executive denied to deliver to my right location, swiggy customer care is saying its not swiggy fault. You’ve lost a customer, Swiggy.
