Tata Power star drawback in panels

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
I have put in 1KW star panels in june-18 by Tata star authorised dealer.
But the put in panels aren’t performing arts properly. I even have armored many times however until currently no any representative visited to attend the matter.
