I did transaction through UPI android app, and it was failed at 29th January 2019 11:13 AM. and the amount got deducted.Still my money not credited to account. I have submitted online complaint via bank website but not getting any response. Even I talked two times to call center people. once they told “you will get money within 24 hours” and second time they told “call center cannot help for case of UPI transaction fails. And you have to submit complaint via app only.”But there is no place to send complaint. please help me to get my money back.
