We have signed the membership with western holiday club pvt. Ltd. Mulund on dated 04.03.2017, i have paid rs 90000 membership fees and they have promised many enrollment like health club, summer camp but noting happen so far, i have done many follow up but there is no proper response from them and many time customer service phone number not in response. I also plan for vacation but i have not received any response from them.They have suggested that paid amount convert into emi for 2 years & they have promised interest amount refunded by co. I have done many follow up for refund interest amount but i have not received any response from them.We are not satisfied with the services they offered. I have not received any response from customer service no & co mail id so please cancel the membership & refund the amount paid.I too seems cheated by western holidays in mulund and worried about my rs 90000 payments made to them.
