We also have signed the membership with western holiday club pvt. Ltd. No proper response from them and many time i call customer service but no one is responding our calls. Vijay who always pick the call and says wrong number vijay is not here this is wrong number and cut the phone. Customer satisfaction is zero… No customer relation.. Once you have paid. Just bear the pain. They are not bothered to provide you service.
