I have paid 55 thousand on dated 7th jan 17 for western holiday’s membership. Western team (Name – manoj) gave guarantee to gives no processing charge & zero % emi interest. Emi interest amount will be refund. But after multiple follow ups over mail & on call, this amount i didn’t receive yet.

Now almost 2 years passed i didn’t get any event passes (New year/birth day/ anniversary) which western had committed at 1st time. I have called several times to their office but no one is responding, all of their numbers are not reachable.

I am seriously not happy with the service and anything about western. Please help me to get my money back.
