I had tried to unlock the cycle 3176010 and it showed me that the trip had begun but the cycle didnot unlock. Money is being deducted and i get messages about this. I am charged for a trip i could not take and extra. Please look into this problem and try to end it as soon as possible. I had mailed to the customer service 3times and there was no response.
