Used pedl cycle for 10 minute where 3 rs. Charge as per app. After that i put cycle back at station and locked and clicked on end trip but trip wasn’t end after many try due to app issue and since cycle is on my account with inprogress status and already charged 36 rs from my paytm which is incorrect pl end trip and refund my money in my account as there are no customer support available to talk and resolve immediately.
