my booking for chennai to bangalore was on 15/07/2018 in a/c sleeper bus. The bus has started and breakdown happened at kancheepuram highway at 3.00 am. Driver told me that you take another bus and refund will be done immediately. But now nothing is happened 2 days gone. I tried to call their office they are simply telling that it will be done 2 or 3 days. Why do i wait for.
