It has been over a month and our issue is still unresolved. Inspite of constant calls and emails, they keep on updating the issue without taking any action for the same. First, they sold the product without giving us the complete details, then they did not take any action for the internet not working. Then when the month got over, they asked us to recharge the amount and they’ll restore the service for 45 days that was inclusive of the 15 days of service not provided to us. They lied straight because we did the recharge but internet is still not working even after 10 days of payment. We have the recordings of every conversation.

 

They keep telling us one or another issue and keep demanding more charges to restore the service.

They are simply fooling by giving incomplete information, not listening and looting the customers.

 

We are a coaching organisation running in prayagraj. Our organization completely depends on internet services. We called up an agent who came by our office and provided us with the unlimited monthly plan on 20th dec’198. We specifically told him that the sole purpose for availing the service is to download the classes that requires unlimited data.

But just after 15 days the internet speed got extremely low ie.in kbps. On enquiry, we were told that we have crossed the fair usage limit ie. 500 gb as per trai. But for the usage above the limit, we should have had subscribed for business plan which was not told by the agent.

 

This company is a fraud. Please take action

    They keep telling North American nation one or another issue and keep difficult a lot of charges to revive the service.

    I have been a regular user of Timbl Broadband for more than a year now, and I really love it. I use Timbl Broadband at my home for mostly gaming and movie browsing after a tiring day at the office. When I get unlimited streaming and gaming services, that too, in fast speed, it really makes my day. All of this at convenient prices, it’s just next to perfect. I am not at all thinking about changing my broadband services anytime soon. Thanks to Timbl!

    It has been 7 days but there is no response on cancellation or refund. Customer care representatives are just beating around the bush and hiding things about real status of cancellation. They tried to convince me alot to continue with the connection. But i was deeply dissatisfied with the recent issue which i faced.
    Please help me get my refund of rs. 1500

    The best broadband service ever! i’m a designer and need high speed net that doesn’t bother Pine Tree State whereas i’m engaged on a project.And Timbl Broadband has given Pine Tree State the correct reasonably net service. i’m able to simply transfer significant files and even use on-line softwares as per my necessities. It looks the simplest one on behalf of me as compared to alternative broadband connections I even have tried. fast installation, smart support service, polite team, awful signal strength and no association breakage. costs could be slightly above alternative BT services however goes well with the standard they supply therefore I don’t assume that makes a retardant as long as i buy to relish quick speed net and nice signal strength!

    I am using Timbl Internet connection. It is not working from last two days. when I call to customer care they just update my issue but don’t take action. It hampers my work and monetary loss.

    Please resolve ASAP and extend my date for these loss.
