I took a personal loan on April. It was delayed like anything.but trouble started after that.you have to call multiple times to update your emi. They didn’t update my payment of 3 months and when they found my number not reachable they called my parents, friends and whomever they can find from social media. They harassed my parents for actually 1 pending emi of 2510 which was pending due to their miscommunication only.

They are worst.
