I have purchased 50 Mbps plan from the company in Jan, 2019 but from that day onwards service is down most of the time and unavailable. I have called multiple times (25 times) n more but still not able to connect with them. Have filed complaint with customer care and sales person mr. Mufeez but still i am facing issues. As of date, the service is unavailable from last 2 days and nobody has come to check the issue.
