I am very disappointed after 2 years of taking membership by Sterling holidays. Sales staff & Lucknow customer service staff both very disappointed to me. When they want to sell the membership plan they have full time for you & will call again & again but after taking membership no one will even pick the phone for a week / Month. I want my money back because the service is very bad.
